
Missouri Veterans Homes Receive Customer Experience Award for 6th Consecutive Year

JEFFERSON CITY – All seven Missouri Veterans Commission (MVC) Missouri Veterans Homes have received Customer Experience Awards from Activated Insights, formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight, for 2025. The Missouri Veterans Homes in Cameron, Cape Girardeau, Mexico, Mt. Vernon, St. James, and Warrensburg have won this award for six consecutive years. This is Missouri Veterans Home – St. Louis’ second consecutive year receiving the award.

This achievement underscores the superior customer experience and exceptional assistance for Veterans and their families.
